3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Service uses essential cookies to maintain your signed-in session and to protect against cross-site request forgery. We may also store small preference data in your browser. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; however, blocking essential cookies may prevent you from signing in or using parts of the Service. Where required by law, non-essential cookies are used only with your consent.
4. Advertising and Google AdSense
We may display advertising on the Service, including ads served by Google AdSense. Google is a third-party vendor that uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and other websites.

5. Log Files
The Service collects standard log data (IP address, browser type, internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and click counts) that is not linked to personally identifiable information. We use this data for analytics, trend analysis, and maintaining the security and reliability of the portal.
6. How We Share Information

- Student records are shared with authorized school administration and staff who need them to perform their duties.
- We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
- Service providers who assist us in hosting or operating the portal are bound to protect your information and may use it only to provide those services.
7. Data Security and Retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards (including password hashing, access control, and session protection) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations.
